I came off the pill in 2012 and my period never returned. After trying IVF unsuccessfully, I decided that getting my natural cycle back was the best solution. What happens in a consult?

  • HEALTH HISTORY: All Skype consults begin with a health history form prior to our meeting. This ensures that I have the information I need to know so that we can really focus on the specifics that are going to make all the difference in your consultation.

 

  • CONSULT: During the consult, we will sit and chat about your symptoms, any diagnoses you have received and any treatments you have tried for 30 minutes.

 

  • CUSTOMIZED PROTOCOL: The last 30 minutes of the consult will be dedicated to going over a personalized treatment plan tailored to your condition, the information I have gathered about your unique biology and your lifestyle. You will receive a copy of your individualized protocol + any of my PDF guides that I feel will benefit you within 48 hours of our session.

 

  • FOLLOW UP: In 6 weeks we will have a 20 minute follow up to go over your progress and make any necessary tweaks. This formula works really well to monitor progress and create real transformation in your health.

Please note that YOU have to do the work. I’m here to help identify and treat the root cause of your symptoms. Implementing the treatment plan that I formulate during the session is what will transform your health.

 

What you need for your appointment:

  • All you need is a computer (or smart phone) with Skype. You do not need to have video capability.
  • You’ll also need to fill out the health history form to the best of your ability. You can include any blood work or lab test results you may have with the form. (These tests can be helpful, but don’t worry if you do not have them!)

Investment: $197 (60-minute session + 20-minute followup)

Kara explained what was likely going on and introduced me to some additional tools that gave my body the support it needed.
